Perishable shipping

Orders that cannot arrive before the weekend are shipped the following Monday to maintain freshness.

How We Prepare Your Order

All products are handcrafted in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen. We prepare our full assortment on a regular production schedule (typically 1–2 times per week) and maintain fresh inventory ready for shipment.
Products are not prepared individually after an order is placed. Instead, orders are fulfilled from recently prepared inventory. Most items ship within 1–3 days from their production date, ensuring freshness without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

If all items in your order are in stock and your order is placed before our daily shipping cut-off time, your package may ship the same business day.
If an order is placed after shipments for the day have already been dispatched, it will ship on the next available shipping day.

Backorders & Pre-Order Items

In some cases, certain items may be temporarily available for backorder. These are products that are already in active preparation and will be ready shortly.
If your order includes backordered items:
- We may require 1–2 additional business days to complete preparation
- Your entire order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Schedule

We carefully plan shipments to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders may be held to prevent packages from being delayed over weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout:
- UPS Next Day Air (best and safest option)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (acceptable for select regions)
UPS Ground or similar services may be available for nearby regions only. If you are unsure which shipping option is appropriate for your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in insulated thermal boxes with ice packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Delivery Times & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors, but we are always happy to assist with tracking or claims when needed.
