Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

SECTION 25 – PERISHABLE FOOD PRODUCTS & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Some products sold by Ukrainian Smokehouse are perishable and made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Preparation Time
Orders typically require 1–2 business days for preparation before shipment. Preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details regarding delayed or damaged shipments.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control. Ukrainian Smokehouse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method for their location. If you are unsure which shipping option is suitable, please contact us prior to placing your order.
